Tracking your macros, by tracking your macros you are knowing what you are eating and to be in a fat loss (losing phase) we need to be in at least a 500 calorie deficit a day
Steps, so this might sound boring but by doing 10,000 steps a day that is equivalent to burning 500 calories (these calories don’t go back in the same as a workout we don’t add them back in) by doing that with tracking macros we are then in a 1,000 calorie deficit!
High protein foods, eating protein is just not for reparing muscle tissue to grow back and build muscle, protein helps to burn body fat so eating the correct protein for your body is going to be beneficial for your goal.
