The Rewire Programme
Inside the Rewire Programme, you’ll follow clear, step-by-step habits designed to create lasting change. Over the years, I’ve learned there’s no point trying to take on 20 habits at once. The brain can realistically manage 3 to 5 at a time. We set a time frame, and you’re given these habits to focus on and master properly.
When it comes to nutrition, you’ll have clear daily, weekly, and monthly goals. These smaller steps build momentum and compound into long-term progress. I don’t believe in boring salads or unsustainable “dirty bulks.” I teach nutrition the right way. Enjoyable, structured, and goal-driven. There’s a no-excuses policy: you need to commit and meet me halfway by putting good food into your body. When you do that, everything else becomes easier.
This programme is the result of 14 years of everything I’ve learned, both professionally and personally, through hundreds of hours of trial and error. If you commit to it, your body and mind will benefit in ways you’ll genuinely feel every day.

We are creatures of habit. You must create healthy habits that are suitable for change. If you don’t, you’re just going to let yourself down and fail to understand that changing in your habits is vital in order to change your health.

Locking in from day one is a must. You have to be ready to change by doing the hard work. There is no quick fix. This is going to be a complete lifestyle change and you have to be able to stay strong when it gets tough.
I learnt this the hard way at 17 when my nutrition was bad. I couldn’t change because I thought I could out-train a bad diet but that is never realistic.

In-Person Coaching
If you live in close proximity to Swansea then this is the best option. If you are not confident in the gym or don’t like busy gyms, working with me 1:1 in my private studio is going to be a great option.
If your form is not right with exercises or you want to have the in person experience then this is the option for you.
You have 2 sessions with me a week at the very minimum and if you wanted more in person sessions a week then this can be discussed.

Is this Just for men?
